Silver Awakening eBook Published and Awaiting ON SALE Status

For you EST and CST peeps...eBooks are under review now...should be on sale on Kindle in 12 hours. And I'm not sure how long it will take on Nook, but they say it can be up to 72 hours although I hear it doesn't usually take that long...I guess we shall see.
